Anyone who has read any of the articles in which Coach Tim Army has talked about his team is aware that his first goal was to change the culture on the PC hockey squad. Recently I got a chance to talk with the coach about his latest recruits and the discussion highlighted how in his three years here has laid the new foundation and is now in the process of building upon it.
